Our cutter is made from a sturdier copper than any other manufacturer, we don't need a hem to make our cutters stronger. A hem will collect moisture and food particle that can be a breeding ground for harmful bacteria. Many states do not allow professional bakers to use cutters with hems for that reason.
Our cutter is reversible!
Ours is riveted, not soldered so they won't break!
